The first step is work through the Maps.Interactive tutorials and get an overview of what the software can do and how easy it is to use.

Next, you need to decide what mapping you need: this will determine the cost of subscribing to the service.

Once you have subscribed to Maps.Interactive, you will be able to download a package of software, enabled for use in your domain with the mapping you have licensed. You will also be given access to the tutorials, examples and technical documentation, and instructions about how to obtain support.

Then, you can decide how to amend the appearance of your web site to include the maps, choose the tutorial or example which most closely resembles what you want to do, and use it as a starting point for your own site.

Our target is to have someone who signs up one morning plotting their own data that afternoon.
